SLS Glass Fiber Nylon PA6

SLS

SLS Glass Fiber Nylon PA6 is a glass-fiber-reinforced nylon with exceptional stiffness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. The material’s matte surface makes it ideal for strong, durable, and thermally stable functional parts.

About

SLS Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6 (PA6 GF40) is a high-performance thermoplastic designed for applications that demand superior strength, rigidity, and thermal stability. Containing approximately 40% glass fiber, the material exhibits excellent stiffness and dimensional stability, even under high mechanical loads or elevated temperatures. Printed parts feature a matte finish with a slightly textured surface characteristic of SLS processing. The glass fiber reinforcement significantly reduces warping and shrinkage, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent accuracy. With high heat deflection, chemical resistance, and impact strength, SLS PA6 GF40 is well-suited for industrial applications such as automotive housings, structural brackets, and components exposed to mechanical or thermal stress.
