316L Stainless Steel

CNC

316L stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine or chemical settings. It’s strong, weldable, and ideal for medical, food-grade, and industrial CNC-milled parts.

About

CNC-milled stainless steel 316L is a corrosion-resistant alloy known for its excellent performance in harsh or high-moisture environments. Compared to 304, it contains added molybdenum, which improves resistance to chlorides, acids, and saltwater exposure. 316L has low carbon content, reducing the risk of corrosion at weld points and making it suitable for medical, marine, chemical, and food-grade applications. It machines cleanly and maintains good strength and dimensional stability. Common use cases include brackets, housings, fluid-handling components, and precision parts that demand long-term resistance to corrosion and wear.
