About

Titanium Grade 23 (also known as Ti-6Al-4V ELI) is a high-purity alpha-beta alloy characterized by extra-low interstitial elements like oxygen and iron. This composition provides superior fracture toughness and ductility compared to standard Grade 5 titanium, alongside outstanding corrosion resistance and low density.

Its primary use cases include orthopedic or dental implants, lightweight structural aerospace assemblies, and demanding automotive racing parts, as highly intricate, lightweight components can be 3D printed.
