SLS Flexible TPE
SLS flexible TPE is a rubber-like elastomer, available from very soft to firm, that withstands repeated bending and vibration, suited to gaskets, dampers, and soft functional parts, though it is weak and softens at modest temperatures.

SLS flexible TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is a rubber-like material, usually urethane-based, available in a wide range of softness (roughly 45-90 Shore A depending on the powder). It bends and stretches to several times its length and resists repeated bending, vibration, and oils and fats, but isn't strong like rigid plastics and softens at modest temperatures (about 45-95 °C depending on the powder).
SLS flexible TPE is commonly used for gaskets, vibration dampers, shoe soles and insoles, and protective covers.
