About

PC/PTFE is a high-performance polycarbonate-based composite designed to bridge the gap between structural strength and surface functionality. By integrating PTFE, this material achieves significantly reduced wear and friction while maintaining the high mechanical resistance of PC. It features low linear processing shrinkage (0.6%) and very strong interlayer lamination. This makes it a premier choice for manufacturing functional mechanical components, such as bearings, gears, and sliding elements that require high heat resistance and durability.
