Glass Fiber ASA

FDM

Glass Fiber ASA enhances standard ASA with glass fiber reinforcement, offering greater stiffness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It resists UV and weathering, making it ideal for outdoor and structural applications.

About

Glass Fiber ASA (GF-ASA) is a high-performance composite that enhances the durability and weather resistance of standard ASA with the added strength of glass fiber reinforcement. This modification significantly improves stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance while reducing warping and shrinkage during printing. Unlike standard ASA, which offers greater impact resistance and flexibility, Glass Fiber ASA provides superior structural integrity and load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Its excellent UV resistance and durability make it well-suited for outdoor applications, including automotive components, protective housings, and industrial enclosures.
