Flexible resin (Shore 80A) is a soft-touch, rubber-like photopolymer similar in firmness to a shoe heel. It combines flexibility with more rigidity and detail retention than elastic resin.

Flexible resin is a soft-touch photopolymer with a Shore 80A hardness rating, comparable to a rubber shoe heel. It offers flexibility while holding more rigidity and shape than elastic resin's softer, more rubber-like feel. It bends and compresses without losing much sturdiness, which makes it well suited to detailed parts that also need to flex.
Compared to elastic resin, flexible resin holds fine detail more reliably and suits parts that need only moderate give rather than true silicone-like stretch.
Flexible resin suits ergonomic grips and handles, wearable components as part of larger assemblies, and prototypes needing a soft-touch feel without sacrificing too much shape retention.
