Titanium Grade 7 is a corrosion-resistant, commercially pure titanium-palladium alloy that offers the best chemical resistance of any titanium grade, especially against reducing acids and chlorides.

About

Titanium Grade 7 is essentially Grade 2 commercially pure titanium plus a small palladium addition (0.12-0.25%), which gives it the best corrosion resistance of any titanium grade, especially in reducing acids, hot chlorides, and crevice corrosion.

While it is not needed where Grade 2 already performs well, it is ideal for chemical reactors, heat exchangers, desalination equipment, and pharmaceutical processing exposed to aggressive media.
