PTFE (Teflon)

CNC

PTFE (Teflon) is a high-strength, chemically resistant material with excellent low friction, ideal for seals, bearings, gaskets, and components in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.

About

PTFE (Teflon) is a high-performance polymer known for its excellent chemical resistance, low friction, and high-temperature stability. With a wide range of temperature tolerance (from -200 °C to +260 °C), it remains stable and performs well in extreme environments. PTFE is commonly used in seals, gaskets, bearings, valve seats, insulation materials, and chemical processing parts that require non-stick properties and minimal friction. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, and food processing. Due to its non-reactivity and lubricating properties, PTFE is ideal for sliding and moving components that must withstand wear and exposure to aggressive chemicals.
