About

CNC machined PEEK GF30 is a high-performance engineering plastic made from polyether ether ketone (PEEK) reinforced with 30% glass fiber, providing exceptional stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. This material is designed for demanding applications that require reliable mechanical performance, thermal resistance, and long-term durability in harsh environments.

The glass fiber reinforcement significantly increases stiffness and reduces thermal expansion compared to unfilled PEEK, allowing parts to maintain tight tolerances and structural integrity under mechanical load and elevated temperatures.

PEEK GF30 offers outstanding thermal resistance, maintaining its mechanical properties at continuous operating temperatures up to approximately 250 °C. It also provides excellent resistance to chemicals, wear, and creep, making it suitable for use in aggressive industrial environments. The material retains excellent electrical insulation properties and performs reliably in applications exposed to heat, mechanical stress, and chemicals.
