About

CNC machined Garolite G11 (FR5) is a high-performance fiberglass-reinforced epoxy laminate engineered for demanding applications requiring exceptional strength, electrical insulation, and thermal resistance. Compared to standard G10 and FR4, Garolite G11 offers improved mechanical performance and significantly higher temperature resistance, making it suitable for more extreme operating environments.

Garolite G11 provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio, outstanding stiffness, and superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and environmental exposure. Its flame-retardant properties improve safety in electrical and high-temperature applications, while its excellent electrical insulation performance ensures reliable operation in demanding electrical environments.

With higher thermal performance than FR4, Garolite G11 maintains structural integrity and mechanical performance at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for applications exposed to continuous thermal stress.
