About

CNC machined Garolite G10 (non-FR) is a high-strength fiberglass-reinforced epoxy laminate designed for precision structural and electrical applications. Made from layers of woven glass fiber bonded with epoxy resin, this composite material provides excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability while remaining lightweight.

The material machines accurately and maintains tight tolerances, making it well suited for functional and structural components requiring stability and reliability.

Garolite G10 offers excellent electrical insulation properties, low moisture absorption, and strong resistance to chemicals, humidity, and environmental exposure. It maintains its mechanical properties across a wide range of operating conditions and resists deformation under mechanical load, making it suitable for long-term industrial use.

Unlike FR4, the non-FR version does not include flame-retardant additives, but it retains the same excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional performance characteristics.
