About

CNC machined Garolite G10 FR4 is a high-performance composite material made from woven fiberglass cloth reinforced with epoxy resin and engineered for exceptional strength, stability, and electrical insulation. This flame-retardant material is widely used in demanding electrical, industrial, and mechanical applications requiring durability and precision.

The material machines cleanly and maintains tight dimensional tolerances, making it suitable for precision components.

Garolite G10 FR4 offers excellent mechanical strength combined with low weight, high stiffness, and outstanding dimensional stability. It also provides exceptional electrical insulation properties across a wide temperature range, along with excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and environmental exposure. The FR4 grade includes flame-retardant additives, improving safety in electrical and electronic applications.

The material performs reliably under mechanical stress and maintains its structural integrity in humid or chemically aggressive environments. It also resists creep, wear, and deformation, making it suitable for long-term functional use.
