About

CNC machined CuCr1Zr (Copper Chromium Zirconium) offers an exceptional blend of electrical and thermal conductivity alongside mechanical strength.

Unlike pure copper, the addition of chromium and zirconium creates a precipitation-hardened alloy that maintains high strength, creep resistance, and wear resistance even under elevated temperatures up to 500 °C. It is ideal for demanding applications like resistance welding electrodes, heat exchangers, rocket engine nozzles, and electrical contacts.
