About

CNC machined Copper C110, also known as Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper, is a high-purity copper alloy valued for its excellent electrical conductivity, superior thermal conductivity, and strong corrosion resistance. With a minimum copper content of 99.9%, it provides reliable performance in applications where efficient electrical or thermal transfer is essential.

Copper C110 provides excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric and industrial environments and performs well in applications exposed to moisture, heat, and electrical current. Its high thermal conductivity also makes it suitable for heat transfer components and thermal management systems.

Typical applications include electrical connectors, busbars, heat sinks, conductive components, grounding hardware, and precision mechanical parts where conductivity, corrosion resistance, and reliability are critical.
