About

CNC machined Copper 260, also known as Cartridge Brass, is a copper-zinc alloy valued for its excellent combination of strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability. The material offers reliable mechanical performance while maintaining excellent formability and a distinctive gold-colored metallic appearance.

Copper 260 offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in atmospheric and marine environments, and performs well in applications exposed to moisture and mild chemicals. It also provides good electrical conductivity, making it suitable for electrical and electronic components.

In addition to its mechanical and functional properties, Copper 260 is widely used in applications where visual appearance is important, thanks to its warm gold tone and ability to achieve attractive finishes through polishing or surface treatment.
