About

Carbon fiber ASA blends standard ASA with chopped carbon fiber, roughly doubling stiffness and lowering thermal expansion, which helps parts hold their shape under temperature swings.

Unlike many carbon-fiber composites where reinforcement typically trades away some impact resistance for rigidity, carbon fiber ASA generally retains impact resistance alongside the stiffness gain.

This composite inherits ASA's core strength, excellent UV and weather resistance, therefore holding up in conditions that would yellow and degrade standard ABS.

Carbon fiber ASA is suitable for drone and UAV frames, structural outdoor hardware, and automotive exterior components that need both rigidity and long-term outdoor durability.
