Accura® Xtreme is a tough resin with good elongation that simulates polypropylene and ABS for snap-fits, assemblies, and functional prototypes, though it deflects under load at only about 54–62 °C.

About
Accura® Xtreme is a hard resin formulated to replace CNC-machined polypropylene and ABS in functional prototypes. It is relatively ductile for a rigid resin, and its notched impact strength sits within the range of polypropylene. Heat deflection is about 62 °C at light load and 54 °C at 1.8 MPa, so it suits modest temperatures only.
Accura® Xtreme is a good option for snap-fit assemblies, tough enclosures, and master patterns for silicone molding.
